“I’m getting married in a month and I purchased my dress one size too small… Mr. Williams can you help me?” Mr. Williams was a “lifesaver”! I first met him in mid-June with a clear goal. I had to lose enough weight and fat to fit into my wedding dress, which was one size too small. I had purchased it this way as an incentive! My wedding date was July 23rd 2005, so I did not have a lot of time to spare! I met with Mr. Williams 3 times a week for very intense weight reduction and firming exercises and did 1 hour and ½ of cardio as well. The workouts were grueling but EFFECTIVE! I went FOR MY FINAL FITTING July 18th (1 month after I began with Way of Life). The seamstress could NOT believe it when she zipped my dress up all the way, when, at first, we couldn’t zip it up past my mid back!!!!!! She said I was the FIRST bride to actually lose enough weight to fit into my dress. I apparently lost about 4 inches off my back and chest area! Mr. WIlliams is an EXCELLENT trainer, and I am so thankful to have him as my trainer!!!!!! Nicole Datta Elementary School Teacher |
