The Karate International organization has been offering instruction and training in the martial arts to both children and adult students since 1957 and has been serving the Raleigh, Durham area for more than 35 years. Our Garner, NC school has been following with the Karate International tradition, producing champions in the martial arts as well as in life.

Karate International of Garner is headed by Sensei Vernard Williams, 4th Degree Black Belt in Sanshinkai Karate, with the guidance of Grand Master Rob Olevsky 9th Degree Black Belt, founder Jan Wellendorf 10th degree Black Belt and a staff of highly skilled instructors and management. We offer a number of programs for instruction in the martial arts and health and fitness, including: karate, judo, jujitsu, physical fitness (cage fitness), character development, weapons and street smart self-defense.

Since everyone can benefit from studying the martial arts, we encourage participation for all ages. Our certified programs begin as early as age three.
