Karate International of Garner is a 3000 square feet, state of the art facility conveniently located off of highway 70 in Garner, NC.

Our school features 2000 square feet of training space, and we have chosen Zebra Mats for our flooring, which creates the foundation of our world class facility. This flooring has been specifically designed for karate and grappling. The non-slip surface provides sure-footed support for stepping and kicking drills yet absorbs shock for jumping and falling drills. We also feature equipment to develop strength and agility such as punching bags, shields, targets, resistance bands, medicine balls, jump ropes and free weights.

Students may take advantage of our locker rooms and storage areas as well as our school store which offers the latest in martial arts accessories, equipment and uniforms.

An open waiting area provides comfortable seating for parents and spectators, and a private study and play area for non-students is also available.
